Mentoring program

We provide mentoring at all levels of software testing; be it manual testing, test analysis, coordination or test management. As part of the team, we pass on all our knowledge, help choosing the right colleagues, tools and methodology, write the various documents, and solve other problems that arise.

If there is no mature training process, or in flat organizations where there is no specific testing manager to do this, we undertake the training of junior testers and test analysts. The operation takes place individually or - in the case of the same competences - in small groups, so that everyone gets as much attention as possible.

We only prepare test architects, test coordinators and test managers individually for the tasks that await them.

In all cases, the process begins with getting to know the organization, the team and the software to be tested. A training can last from a few weeks to three months, depending on the pre-qualification and skills of the mentee.
