Basic provisions

1.1. Questions not regulated in these Regulations, as well as the interpretation of these Regulations, are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society CVIII of 2001 the relevant provisions of the law. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation apply to the parties without special stipulations.

1.2. Scope, modification of the General Terms and Conditions.

1.3. As a copyrighted work, the webshop is subject to copyright protection. Any reproduction of it will result in court proceedings.

1.4. The website is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed on working days between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., and are fulfilled within 1 working day.

Data management rules

1.5. The data protection information is available from the footer of each page.

Range of products and services available for purchase

1.6.The displayed digital content can only be purchased online. In view of the Service Provider's tax exemption, the price of the services does not include VAT, and since they are online services, home delivery and packaging fees are not charged.

1.7. In the webshop, the Service Provider displays the name and description of the digital content in detail. The images displayed on the product data sheet are for illustration purposes only.

1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Users about the duration of the promotion.

Order process

1.9. Individual e-learning courses can be added to the cart separately by clicking on the products available under the Our Courses menu item.

1.10. It is possible to correct data entry errors (e.g. extra product, product deletion, price check, etc.) on the Cart page.

1.11. Payment options: bank transfer or credit card payment. Delivery methods: not interpretable.

1.12. The provider's online store is obliged to confirm the arrival of the user's order to the user electronically without delay. If this confirmation is not received by the user within the expected time frame, depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after the user's order was sent, the user is released from the obligation to make an offer or contractual obligation. An order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received by the service provider or the user when it becomes available to him. The parties may deviate from the above rules if they have agreed separately.

Processing and fulfillment of orders

1.13. Orders are processed on working days between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

1.14. General deadline, within 1 working day from confirmation. If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on the date of performance, the Service Provider is obliged to perform the performance in accordance with the contract at the time or within the time specified in the User's notice, or, in the absence of a notice, no later than thirty days from the receipt of the order by the Service Provider.

1.15. If the Service Provider does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than within thirty days. Fulfilling this obligation does not exempt the Service Provider from other consequences of breach of contract.

Right of withdrawal

1.16. Pursuant to "Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.)" on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the company, the User may withdraw from the contract without reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product.

1.17. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the business can prevent the consumer from continuing to use the digital content and the digital service, in particular by making the digital content and the digital service inaccessible to the consumer, or by disabling the consumer's user account.

Complaints handling

1.18. The webshop is obliged to inform the consumer about its headquarters, the place of complaint handling - if it is not the same as the place of distribution or sale - and about the method adapted to the particularities of the given activity, commercial form or method, as well as the correspondence address of the company or the customer service of the company in order to communicate complaints your address and - if you also receive complaints in this way - your electronic mail address, internet address, and telephone number. We only accept complaints in electronic form by sending them to the e-mail address info@szoftverteszteles.net.

Miscellaneous Provisions

1.19. SThe Service Provider and the User try to settle their disputes amicably. The User and the Service Provider stipulate the jurisdiction of the Fővárosi Törvényszék for possible legal disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days within the scope of these Regulations.
