Test management


For short-term projects, we provide a test manager who coordinates the testing tasks, schedules, monitors, reports and evaluates them, leads the team:

  • Understands the business requirements and system operation.
  • Constantly analyzes risks, prioritizes tasks according to the circumstances and consults with stakeholders.
  • Prepares the necessary documentation: develops test policy, test strategy, main and level test plans.
  • Checks and analyzes completed work products, defines new tasks.
  • Leads functional, non-functional and experience-based testing.
  • Tracks and manages defects.
  • Evaluates exit criterias.
  • Closes testing activities when the project is completed; checks test completion, handovers work products to relevant department, determines manual and automated regression test cases , performs retrospective meetings, and archives results, logs, work products, reports and all related documents.
