Test management
For short-term projects, we provide a test manager who coordinates the testing tasks, schedules, monitors, reports and evaluates them, leads the team:
- Understands the business requirements and system operation.
- Constantly analyzes risks, prioritizes tasks according to the circumstances and consults with stakeholders.
- Prepares the necessary documentation: develops test policy, test strategy, main and level test plans.
- Checks and analyzes completed work products, defines new tasks.
- Leads functional, non-functional and experience-based testing.
- Tracks and manages defects.
- Evaluates exit criterias.
- Closes testing activities when the project is completed; checks test completion, handovers work products to relevant department, determines manual and automated regression test cases
